The idea of forest bathing in Nature for therapeutic benefit took root in Japan in the ‘80s, as the comprehensive article by Olga Terebenina and Gary Evans, founders of the UK Institute of Forest Bathing, describes. It has now been adopted in a growing number of countries, as the public and clinicians alike have come to appreciate its physical and mental, beneficial effects. Increasing research is now validating its positive effects revealing the direct biological pathways that underlie the benefits experienced.

In a deeply revealing article Jungian analyst and author, Dr Anne Baring exposes the historical origin of the denigrating and downgrading of the feminine principle in general and the Feminine Face of God in particular. She reveals that it was a deliberate act by a group of priests, starting in 623 BC, to erase the feminine aspect of the divine, which eventually resulted in the male-dominated religions of the last 2,000+ years that have had such deep, negative effects on the psyche and soul of Western culture and civilisation. Her new magnum opus is required reading for anyone wanting to understand how the Feminine Face of God was deliberately suppressed and how it could, and should, be restored for the profound benefit of mankind.

As far as a heath benefit to humanity, Dr Tina Peers maintains that ‘augmented’ NAC (N-acetylcysteine) may provide just that level of benefit for all those needing to detox from the spike protein and its legacy of severe adverse effects. She describes how it is able to detox to a level unmatched by any other supplement due to its specific, ‘augmented’ attributes and supports its efficacy with evidence from both research and testimonials, including her own, very personal journey. Many users say it has transformed their lives.

The adverse effects of excessive alcohol are well-known. But less known are the significant health benefits of moderate intake, especially from red wine, as TV science producer, Tony Edwards, describes in his article based on his recent, well-referenced book. Besides covering some of the many health benefits, he also emphasises the agenda of those setting our guidelines for daily intake, who seems to want to demonise alcohol to the same extent as smoking. Edwards presents evidence that exposes their bias. Reading his article, and book, will convince readers to relax of an evening with a glass of wine!

Many brave doctors, scientists and journalists who challenge the orthodox Covid and climate narrative have found themselves ostracised and ‘cancelled’ by their friends, family and professional colleagues – which is exactly what happened to Professor Norman Fenton, former leading mathematician at Queen Mary University, London. Tilak Doshi recounts the sad saga of the ostracism and betrayal by his peers and the University that Fenton experienced as a result of presenting scientific evidence that challenged the current narratives on both climate and Covid. A shocking example of academic intolerance and persecution in the face of inconvenient evidence!

Prof Fenton’s scepticism over man-made climate change is reflected in the views of 1995 scientists worldwide who have signed a declaration to that effect (p 4). This scepticism is mirrored in the legal action taken by 25 US states against geoengineering, reflecting rising public concern, including over the weaponization of the weather, which some suspect may be significantly contributing to any global warming. By contrast, the UK Government has just funded geoengineering research! And the Met Office is now accused of using non-existent weather stations to support its Net Zero agenda!

All good reasons to continue to help Caduceus’ work through gift subscriptions or buying back issues (pp 28-9). Your continued support is much appreciated.
